If your car is an EJ251, EJ25D or EJ22 with DP heads, the cheapo UEL headers will free up a little top end simply because the "T" collector on OEM headers is horrible.

Long answer: You will not achieve any kind of Subaru rumble just throwing the Tsudo N1 on your car, you will need unequal length headers in order to achieve rumble. Otherwise, it sounds kinda like every other 4 banger on the road. I have a Tsudo N1, and it isn't a great fit on the GC chassis.
