Webb11 mars 2024 · Theoretical Sharp Corners in drawings. I am not sure if this is a function but it would be nice to have a command that would create a point for a theoretical sharp corner where a radius and a line intersect in drawings. Onshape has this feature and I could see it very useful in Fusion 360. Webb23 apr. 2008 · 1) try to find the theo. corner 2) pick a point in the surface down from the theo. corner (in Z, of example), and then check the distance to that point in X, or Y. 3) OD and ID's were checked with radius gages. Tooling tolerances were typically 10% of part tolerance (tool tol approx +/-.005) You must log in or register to reply here. Home
Inventor 2024 ordinate dimension to theoretical intersection
WebbDimensions and relations to the virtual intersection point are retained even if the actual intersection no longer exists, such as when a corner is removed by a fillet or chamfer. … Webb16 jan. 2024 · #1 Can anyone explain to me how to dimension to a Theoretical Sharp Corner. Example is when you have two lines that form a corner but is not a 90* corner or when a non-horizontal or vertical line has been filleted and now you want to dimension to what was a sharp corner before you placed a fillet. how many time brazil won world cup
Radii and chamfers - @design-guide
WebbI just over rode the dimension that was given in the drawing. It would be great if you could add a note such as TSC (theoretical sharp corner) and even a tolerance but unfortunately after overriding a dimension you can no longer do neither. Please add me to a request to accomplish this. Thanks _Ðave_ Stanley_Mayer Posts: 2 PRO March 2024 WebbHow about a "Dimensions are to Theoretical Sharp Corner. WebbSharp corners should be rounded with a radius measuring between 25 and 60% of the nominal wall thickness. If the part has a load bearing function, then the upper end is recommended. A minimum inner corner radius of 0.5 mm is suggested. In order to keep the wall thickness uniform, the outside radius of a corner should be equal to the inner ... howmanytime covers trump
