If tires are 2.4" taller overall (and they are), then the RADIUS (from hub to ground, say) will only 1.2". The other 1.2" from hub to top of tire does nothing to add height to the truck. Ergo - 3" + 1.2" + 4.2" of lift. To the OP... WebJan 6, 2011 · Those are 33 12x50s on a 15x10 wheel and they rubbed the frame rail at full lock 7" lift ( 4" pro comp and 3" body lift) with the same tires. no rubbing on the frame 9" lift ( 4" pro comp, 3" body lift, OME 881s/N91s ). and still 33s, they were too small at this point 9" lift and the 35s, and they didnt rub the frame rail at all.

My stock Tacoma had a 30.6×10.4″ tire (265/70R16).
