WebBSNL FTTH is having extreme amount of packet loss, meaning all sites will freeze or stop working every few seconds. Are you guys also having same problem? I think BSNL's servers are getting overloaded due to the quarantine and millions of people using it than normal times. It is giving extreme packet loss since past few days.
