It is designed to be used with a low cost eye-tracking device (including Tobii’s EyeX and REX devices) to bring keyboard control, mouse control and speech to people with motor and speech limitations, such as people living with ALS / MND. WebBy default Optikey will use dwell (hover) to select keys. If you didn't select an eye-tracker during installation, it will use the mouse cursor as input instead of an eye tracker. To click a key on the Optikey keyboard, look at (or move the cursor over) the key and hold it there until a dwell selection completes. WebOptikey Pro provides full computer control, including mouse control, typing, speaking and much more.
