Stealth commando is still fine and perfectly viable for end game bosses. You just aren't getting nearly as much bonus damage as you did before. WebYes, it hits like a freight train - but frankly plasma rifle is only little weaker and fires much faster. Crits are most probably much better from Railway due to all going through ballistic, not split with energy, so base is much higher. I wouldn't recommend it for rifleman for daily runner. Plasma kills all rubbish with 1-3 shots.
