WebCA (and a few other mods) includes a massively outdated version of AWKCR, and if that overwrites the newer version you will get CTDs exactly like you've experienced. Simple fix, though - just reinstall AWKCR itself and you should be good to go. Edit: Also, there are a few plugins in that list that should be deactivated.
