WebOct 5, 2024 · The furnace worked last night. At 6:00am, when the thermostat switches to "morning" mode, furnace shut off and "heat" and "fan" started flashing. I had to go to work, so I didn't get to revisit the issue until this evening. I tried replacing the batteries with MORE new ones,; didn't help. Reset the thermostat as per the manual; didn't help...
