If you want them to have it properly cored and all (Like if you returned core) you need to also include the command 'add_core or else they will have to core it like they conquered it (Minus the nationalism). WebPress the tilde key. That opens the console. Now type "tag" followed by a space, and the 3 letter code for the country you want to play. If you don't know the tag code, type "debug_mode" instead, and hover over the country whose tag you want to know. Press enter to execute the command.
